OTHER INFO:  Life has been very good to me with four children and 7 grandchildren I have managed to stay very busy. Only when we grow older do we begin to appreciate the simple things we had growing up in Friday Harbor. A day doesn’t go by that I don’t share with someone my fond memories and vast love for the Island.

MEMORIES:  With only 22 in our class, and many of those started kindergarten together, we were very close. The one thing I tell my grandchildren about all the time is when Bill Rosler vomited on Mrs. Winne Sundstrom’s desk and we had just had noodles for lunch. We were sent to Mrs. Carey’s room for the rest of the day.
